Hi friends,
We were supposed to be playing our showcase at SXSW today. Rooftop cocktail bar, 1am in the morning, high on the excitement of playing in a strange town far away to some really lovely new people. (Thanks for being in touch new MP friends!)
What’s happening now is off the scale. The bottom is falling out of the low paid and freelance labour market, taking with it so many people’s safety and security, even for really basic stuff like food and shelter.
Although we will probably lose money from the cancellation of SXSW, we’re really lucky that we don’t have to depend on the band for income. So, we’d like to make an exchange. Here’s a track we recorded that there wasn’t space for on TNFWCBW, and in return please donate £3 or more to the Trussell Trust, who support UK food banks to feed people who need it.

Hope to see you all on the other side, we’ll all have to pull together to rebuild our live music scene which has given us so much. If there’s anything to take away from this, it’s that life’s too short so we’ll come back stronger!
